Obituary for Shirley Ann Nicholson (Fuller)

BARRE- Shirley Ann (Fuller) Nicholson- 81, died Monday, January 25,2016 at home. She is predeceased by her husband of 49 years Leo F. Nicholson in 2001.

She leaves 2 sons Michael F. of Leicester and Christopher L. of Barre ; 3 daughters Debra I. Mikolasy of Gulfport,MS., Brenda R. Nicholson of Ware and Christine Dadah of Barre; 4 brothers James, Ralph,Marvin & Waldo Fuller ; 2 sisters Dolores Jedetski and Joan Marrott; 2 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a brother Alfred Fuller and a sister Madeline Sheddon.

Shirley was Certified Nurse Assistant for over 40 years Rutland Heights State Hospital and Notre Dame Health Care in Worcester until she retired. She excelled at nursing and was recognized for her passionate love and care for all. The family extends a special thank you to the nurses at Vna Care Hospice for their help and support.

Funeral services will be private for the family in Pillsbury Funeral Home 96 S.Barre Rd. Barre. Burial will be in Glen Valley Cemetery. Donations may be made in her name to the American Lung Association 1661 Worcester Rd. Suite 301 Framingham,MA.01701. Please visit :
